Dear Youth
Exchange Officers,
On behalf of
the Board of Directors of the North American Youth Exchange Network,
we would like to invite you to join us in Montreal, Quebec, Canada for
our 2009 Conference. The Conference is a time to meet with
fellow Youth Exchange Officers from around the world, a time to make
new friends, and a time to discuss youth exchange issues. We
believe that the value of attending a conference is the exchange of
ideas between conference attendees. Thus, the conference
will have time for informal discussions, along with presentations and
breakout sessions. The topics to be discussed will include
cultural issues, certification issues, and procedural issues.
The sessions will be aimed at both those who are new to youth
exchange, and those who have many years experience. And since
attendees will be coming from around the world, it is also a time to
explore setting up new exchange relationships.
The Conference
location is the Delta Centre Ville in Montreal. The Delta has
711 rooms and suites. It is located in the heart of downtown
Montreal ... where Old Montreal and the new international business
centre meet. Near the Montreal Convention Centre and close to
the Bell Centre and the Montreal Casino, it is only steps to museums
and restaurants. The Delta has indoor access to the subway and
the Underground City
Visit a touch of Europe without leaving North
America!
We are looking
forward to seeing you at the 2009 North American Youth Exchange Network
Conference.
